Our Traceability Roadmap
Farm Gate Collection
We source directly from registered smallholder farmers in the Western and Ashanti regions.
Quality Inspection
Every batch is checked for moisture content (target < 7.5%) and bean count at our local buying centers.
Fermentation & Drying Control
We provide technical training to farmers to ensure proper 6-day fermentation and natural sun-drying.
Warehousing & Bagging
Cocoa is packed in "Produce of Ghana" jute bags and stored in climate-controlled warehouses.
Export Logistics
Final transit to the Port of Tema for global shipping.

At TIMAX, we promote Shade-Grown Cocoa. We encourage our farmers to plant native timber trees alongside cocoa pods. This protects the crops from harsh sun, improves soil fertility, and preserves biodiversity.
